Our paper+online subscribers have a direct access to the articles which are published in their current subscription to European Journal of Economic and Social Systems.
This direct access is limited to one (1) download per article. Every download beyond this limit are charged. The download of articles which are published out of the period of the current subscription are also charged.
This direct access article comes in addition of paper issues received by our subscribers with their paper+online subscription to European Journal of Economic and Social Systems. It is available on the subscriber computer two (2) years after its download. It is only readable on screen.
Our paper+online subscribers have also the benefit of the subscriber price (except direct access) to download the pay-per-view articles which are available on the European Journal of Economic and Social Systems site.

Access conditions for our subscribers with the online formula
Our online subscribers have a direct access to the articles which are published in their current subscription to European Journal of Economic and Social Systems, and during the two (2) years after the end of this subscription.
This direct access is limited to two (2) downloads per article. Every download beyond this limit are charged. The download of articles which are published: a. out of the period of the current subscription, or b. out of a less than two years old online subscription, are also charged.

Each direct access article is available on the subscriber computer ten (10) years after its download. And each one could be printed three (3) times.
Our online subscribers have also the benefit of the subscriber price (except direct access) to download the pay-per-view articles which are available on the European Journal of Economic and Social Systems site.

C. Article pay-per-view

Payment, Invoice
The payment on line for the purchase of an article by the customer is only processed by Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Procard/Purchasing card). The customer account is debited of the price of the choosen article before to obtain the download link.
The payment is made by secured transaction using SSL standard on the CIC site - our bank partner.
An invoice is sent by e-mail at the billing address given by the customer for every purchase on line of an article on the European Journal of Economic and Social Systems site
Download
Just after the CIC confirms the record of the payment by Credit Card, the customer will access to the download page. The customer receives his invoice by e-mail at the fisrt access of this page. The link to download the article is valid 48 hours.
The link works only for one download. The article could be printed three (3) times, and it is available on the customer computer ninety (90) days after its purchase.

D. Intellectual Property

Particularly, the Intellectual Property Law permits, in the Article L.122-5, "the copies or reproductions strictly for the private use of the copier and never for a collective use".
